At a dealership a 32 valve DOHC 4.6L cobra engine - Ford Remanufactured is about $4100 without labor
 , luckily the engine in my cobra was replaced 8,000 miles ago before i bought the car.Unless the engine is completely worn out, it might be a good idea to see if anyone can repair the engine you have.
