![]() From what i hear, the 8.8 works, but is a bit wide. (if you live in Tennessee, GOPHER IT!! sorry) You would have to weld on the mounts that connect to the leaf spring to the axle tube. Then, you still have the spots that the old coil springs connected to, which cause clearance issues with your exhaust. SOURCE: Mustang and Fords magazine (I read about it a couple times in their magazine from readers sending in letters.)
