![]() I have your setup... aluminum FMS rad. with Powerdyne.
I recently put in the Interactive Systems electric fan and a 130 amp alternator. The fan wasn't a direct fit due to the blower. To make clearance I had to modify the mounting frame to get the motor as close to the radiator as possible. It works and the car cools way better. Thank goodness for friends who work in tool shops! Over-all I am happy with the setup, I do think they could use a bigger fan though, the 15" fan they give you doesn't fill the shroud. It works, but I keep wondering how much better it would work if they'd used an 18" dia. fan. ------------------ '92 GT conv. TFS heads, GT40, Powerdyne 9#, AOD, 3.73 My Mustang Page |
