Not sure about 67.
But the 32 is the evp sensor which is located on the egr valve (just behind it). I replace it when I got the code (just unbolt and replace it). However when I got the code my car was idling fine.
I've had idling problems also but it was actually the IAB valve which is located on the front of the throttle body. Just unplug and unbolt it clean it out with fuel injection cleaner let it dry and bolt it back on (you can reuse the gasket if your careful but for .50$ just replace it). That took care of the idling problem. Any other question just post. Hope this helps.
