to my limited knowledge a 4bl version is about the most they did with the 351w. i remember reading some things about the 351c, a closer relation to "boss" production.
i also remember something on 351w in trucks having roller setups/ forged pistons in late 80s early 90s. ive a "ford performance" book from the late 70s describing the 351w as a poor choice for performance. im sure thats from a standpoint in an age where boss 302s and clevlands were still to be had. last time i saw a cleveland in its natural habitat was in my mothers ranchero in 88'.
