something similar just happened to one of my friends at our college too. Somebody actually stole his car, drove around for awhile, actually brought it back, and parked it really crooked. Then, campus security gave him a ticket, then sometime later somebody threw a brick through his drivers side window. What differs drastically from yours to his is that his car is a mercury tracer, and the window only cost $35 from the junk yard. (they arent making him pay the ticket either.)
