![]() E-cam is 220-degrees duration at .050" lift which is the duration that TFS is referring to. The 282 duration you quote is the advertised duration at .006" lobe lift. Also, the .540" lift limit is the total valve lift (at the retainer). It doesn't matter whether you use 1.3:1 rockers or 1.7:1 rockers so long as the gross lift is less than .540". The TFS stage I cam is still better than the E or B alphabet cams.
