I would make sure you have voltage at the pump connection at the tank. Make sure the pump has a good ground also. You may need some one to turn the ignition on and off for you when you check the voltage. You will only get a 3 sec. flash when you turn the key on. A good multi-meter with a hold/or record function will work great if you dont have a helper. You may have to drop the tank down some what to get to the connections on top of the tank. Like Hozer said get all the fuel you can out of the tank, makes it much easier to work with. Good luck!
