![]() Need more information. Is the problem in the actual gear - or the synchro?
In any case, change the transmission fluid - preferably to synthetic. It's a start.

![]() Double clutch for a day and see if that helps. I don't think you even use the sync's when you do that.

![]() I good place to start is to know what year and model your car is....then whether it's an automatic transmission or manual, and what your "problem" actually is (slips, grinds, whines).

![]() Well if it is a 01-present V6/GT/Cobra with the T3560 then it is a common problem. When I had the 01 Cobra it went through 5 Transmissions and I never raced it so it was not the abuse. Other wise let us know what year and model.
