The upper manifold doesn't have anything to
cover up the EGR passage on the lower( the small hole between the runners). It also is lacking the passage at the throttle body opening. I was thinking of bending a tube to go from the lower intake and tapping into the EGR spacer directly, as my state has a 25/25 3 gas emissions test. Otherwise I'll probably fail on the NOx reading.
