![]() thanx but how does one know the timming relation of piston position to valve opening? and both cams are on time, WHAT happens when you mill the heads? roy

![]() Well, not to sound condecending, but you can only go so far with the heads anyway. I'd be glad to look that up for you, but those aren't numbers that I know right off the top of my head. There is some play room, but again, I would have to look them up.
If you are looking for more power, honestly, you may want to look into getting a set of cams for your car. A nice set of Comp Cams Stage 2 cams run about $550-$600. Not as cheap as a 5.0L but not too terribly bad for the power gain.
