You should see a little improvement with it and if it is extrude honed it will outflow the gt-40 but not by much. The great thing about it is you will have an intake that looks stock but flows like an expensive intake. The extrude honed intake will also have a better runner balance than most after market intakes.

It will make a bigger improvement when you get some heads. I would get gt-40 heads if you’re on a budget, you can usually find them for around 400 dollars used.
