Well, the exterior looks great. The obvious caution and one that I am sure will be echoed by others is "check for rust"! Floor pans, under the doors, everywhere! That would be the biggest expense and headache for you. It is hard to tell from the photos but it looks like the interior could use some work but that is a relatively low cost project. The engine would not be my first choice but I suppose one could live with it. My sense is that as long as the car is relatively rust free it would be a reasonable price. Good luck. E.
