No offense, but do you realize what it takes to make 20 psi on any motor? None of the parts you've listed in the original post are 20psi parts. If you really have your sights sets on a 20psi motor, I'd suggest finding the nearest NMRA or FFW Renegade racer and asking them what it takes to make 20 psi and have it last for more than the first pass down track.
