The "T" is Candyapple Red and the "R" is Dark Green Metalic. It could be an honest mistake. Ford made "Many" mistakes on the coding. You could get a Marti report and see what it says. Or........check around for a spot with original paint. Like under a hood hinge, under a deck lid hinge, under a 1/4 extension, etc.

Is the stamped number still on the top of the left front fender apron?? Under the hood where the fender bolts on. Sometimes you have to loosen the fender to gain access for viewing the number.
