![]() The stock Acura is a high 14/low 15-second car and with mods, I'm estimating that the Acura you're targeting probably runs high 13's to low 14's.
The old Chevy truck may run 15's but with that steep rear gear, it would have problems in the quarter-mile, running out of RPM's. Your 'Stang probably runs low 14's. The Accura would be a tough race and could go either way, depending on driver skill and the actual state of tune of each car but I wouldn't bet money against the Acura. The Chevy truck should get you off the line but only if he has traction. You should be able to take him - if he's stock. Of course, this is a rather wild guess on both counts but the best I can do at a distance. Don't hold me to it. |
