NINE second car and you have to ask about valve lash????
Time to find a new mechanic, and I don't care if he IS related! You outta KNOW more about that engine bro! This just don't make sense. When I was running 11's I knew EVERYTHING about that engine, and I could literally tell if something wasn't right by the feel of the shifter! 9 sec cars aren't cheap to build, or maintain. If it really IS that fast, ya outta tighten up the reins on her a bit. Don't let just any monkey with a wrench work on that thing! Just my $.02 mandingo!!!
