There is a procedure in the shop manual, sorry don't have one handy. Or go to the Bauman site and check there tech. section.
Make sure you add some TV pressure or you WILL BURN THAT AOD up. And rather quickly at that. I'd add some pressure and test drive till it was right. Might take a couple of times.
