23 RWHP is a huge difference on cars with less than 300 RWHP.
You have a good intake and cam get some good heads and put down 300RWHP.  You dont need long tubes to haul @ss I am running some 1 5/8 equal length shorties and have went 109mph @3000ft in the 1/4.
