The engine will fit, but you will have to swap some of the front accessories, like the timing cover, water pump, etc.
Jester hit this one right on though, last summer I swapped a 70's 302 out for a 91. Ryan

and if you want a roller cam you will have to tap the lifter valley to get your spider in there
