![]() I didn't have a shift kit in my old 91 but I did have a stall converter. Precision Industries Stallion Converter. Mine was a 2600 stall and made a huge difference even though I was still stock (except gears). It helped me get off the line alot quicker...the RPM's would just jump from idle to about 3 grand in an instant. PI make the best converters...so if you want the best, get a Stallion Converter. Mine ran me a little over $700 for the converter and like $170 for the install.
