The big vacuum port on the rear goes to the brake booster
one goes to the pcv (i also use a small filter b/c it will suck oil) and one goes to my AFPR. One is plugged. If you have a BAP sensor (I don't know what year you have) leave it open to the atmosphere. Let me know if you need a pic... cheers
