only problem i had, was the fl-1a oil filter rubbing my swaybar, i found out my car had an oil cooler cuz it was a ssp car, I went to a smaller filter, then finally pulled the swaybar off, thats wht i suggest you do, however, take it easy on hard corners.

so u took it out completely, and just left it out? and did u have a strut brace when u took it out?

same thing happened to me back in 99', I used a short filter for a while, then pulled the swaybar off and never looked back. That was 50,000miles ago
