Our computers have the ability to tune themselves for A/F within +/- 12.5%.

By using the factory MAS you are most likely digging into that adaptive ability.

However, when you hit wot the computer cannot make adjustments. In wot the car runs strictly from the tables without any feedback from the O2s.

I would pick up the right part, because at wot you don't know what is happening with your a/f. You could be slitghtly rich, or worse slightly lean.
