What rpm are you at through the traps? I'm at 6K, which is about where my cam is finished at. Could that be why I'm running out of "steam"?

What are you shifting at? Try running it out in first a bit longer (if you can) that'll get ya down the track a bit further, and you have the gears/converter to help you out. That way, you'll be further ahead (literally, in feet) when you shift into 3rd, and it might put you back into your cam's power range at the 1320. Make sense? ![]()
