I concur. That car has been seriously lightened. The Shelby is a tank that sacrifices performance for looks and comfort. It's the same thing that happened with the cushy GT500 of old that weighed far more than the quicker Mach 1 428 equipped cars. Does it really matter? Time will tell, but I expect there to be a lot of people interested in having the performance the car does from the factory, and the name "Shelby" on it. Most Mustang owners are a lot more concerned with straight line performance than they are with balance or being nimble.
