i pertty sure your problem with the grind going in to gear is your syncros my t 5 on my 95 did the same thing, its not when you shift easy but fast right so i think your syncs are gone, i'm having a local shop do mine right now, but if you think its your clutch cable throw a adjustable one on there, then with the vibration i think it may be your flywheel did you get it turned when you replaced your clutch?
