is it an all flowmaster system??? what do you have on it for an h/x pipe??? you might want to try pulling the exhaust off in shop, iff you can get it on a lift... then start over... out it back up seeing if you can get it tighter to the body... my friend and i had to do that to his, because the flowmasters were too low... it a bunch of work, but if it fixes the problem, without having to cut anything...
