Installing them is definitely fun. Here's my suggestions from my experience...

1. Go to Auto Zone and buy new O2 sensors. Specify you want the ones with the longer wires. Or, you can always splice into the wires and add a few inches. You probably still have to pull some of the harness around the engine to get even the longer O2's to reach.

2. Get new motor mounts now. You'll have to remove the bolts from the mounts anyway to install the headers and that's the hardest part to changing the mounts.

3. Have at least one friend available to help.

5. If you can get access to a SawzAll by all means use it. It beats cranking on rusted exhaust bolts.

6. If you got the HTS coating don't plan on the headers looking the way they do now for more than a couple weeks if you drive in the rain and snow. I'd suggest spending a little extra cash and have them and the crossover ceramic coated now. But, to each his own. My headers are less than a year old and look like they came with the car
If nothing else some VHT header paint will probably hold up longer than the HTS will.

As for the fit, mine wasn't bad. The header flanges fit perfect and I've had them unbolted from the heads four or five times at least and they bolted right back up to the heads every time without a problem. The crossover isn't bad either if you can get all the bolts started. From there just crank each bolt a little at a time and the tubes will pull into place.

Good luck, and feel free to email me if you need any help with anything.
