The E cam vs B cam debate has gone on for a while.

Ford recommends the E cam for automatics, and the B cam for sticks. The B cam has less LSA, more duration, and less lift. You don't need a lot of lift on stock heads, and the additional duration will be nice. I would expect favorable results with the B cam.
