Yes, the engine will always rev normally. The problem occurs underload, the engine will pull hard up to that rpm range. Then it is like you hit a wall - it just won't pull anymore. If I back off the throttle for a second, and then get back on - it will accelerate above that rpm range. Also if I accelerate very gradually it will operate normal, but if I get on the gas hard as if I were racing is when problem occurs. Thank you for reply's
