Swapped computers and voila!
I pulled the plugs and shot the fuel out. It started up, but I only ran it for a minute b/c I feared fuel contamination. Sure enough, the oil had a quart of fuel in it easy. I was worried I would spin a bearing, but it seems to be okay after a fresh oil change. No valve ticking at all. I just have a bad intake backfire, I didn't rtv the intake gasket b/c I was in a rush. So, that should be it... I'll let you know.
