Sorry guys I meant to give an update. SO it turned out to be a new power steering pump that was crying out in pain every time I turned the wheel.
As a side note, I also had to install the power steering cylinder lowering bracket. After lowering the car the ram started hitting the headers on compression. I agree with the back, that is my next project. Thanks for all of the help.
