I don't know how to make this a link but there is the address. The part # is 5093R-3 and it lists for $489.99. I am positive you will like it. It gives the exhaust a distinctive raspiness that gives me the chills every time I drive mine. Hope this helps.
I doubt you would notice any power loss. It will be a little quieter but I think it will sound better. Just my .02
