There is a company out there that makes a cowl cover that is magnetic. I've seen it at Mustang car shows. But, don't remember the name or make, sorry.

It's made like the signs that people attach to the side of their car/tks. Works pretty good. Not a permenent repair, but a bunch cheaper.

To do a proper repair, prepare to spend around $2000.
