It can be done pretty easily with the PIH (plug in harness) conversion from PMAS. You may be able to find old ones for sale on the internet. I just did a 94 conversion to an A9L about a month ago. If he's an automatic (AODE), he'll also need a standalone transmission controller like the Baumanator.
