Alright, I figured out what the problem was. I had to dig out the wiring schematic book and trace wires through it. There are three wires from the flasher, two purple with orange stripes and a blue one. I was able to find that the blue wire eventually goes to the hazard flasher switch. I pulled the switch out and sure enough this blue wire had come out of the back. I pushed it back in and the turn signals worked, thank God.
