![]() I always replace the filters when changing fluid. I want the drain plug for ease of draining the fluid. To many times when draining the fluid, more fluid is spilled all over than what goes into the drain pan. Pure ease of draining the fluid, then removing the pan with a lot less chance for a big mess.
