![]() Fiveohgirl...Rick91GT had good handle on those first three lines. The 4th goes to the other small fitting that comes off the back of the upper intake...the black, metal vacuum tree that has (2) small outlets and one 5/16" outlet? The other (3) as he said go to the EGR valve, and the other (2) go to the Thermactor system/air pump. Hard to explain...but hope it helps.
