starts but as soon as i put key into run possition it stalls

thats sux i had a few friends that did that and i pulled my hair out untill i figured it out. u can use vise grips to get the tamper proof torx screws out of the switch.sounds like something stupid tho.

Well, it sounds to me like the ignition switch or the computer isn't telling the fuel pump relay to stay on with the key in the run position. These types of problems can be a real pita to hunt down, but knowing how many problems Ford has with the ignition switches on these cars, that would be the first thing I would look at.

These types of problems can be a real pita to hunt down, but knowing how many problems Ford has with the ignition switches on these cars, that would be the first thing I would look at.
