how did you get the bolt tightened finally? jack up the engine to loose the weight>?? I had the same problem, but I think the thread on the otherside is damaged?

That's a pretty good question, but I'm not sure Slider is still around since he posted that 7 years ago.

someone suggest me to jack up the engine by the crank pulley to loose the tension of the k-member, but i still not be able to tighten the bolt, and i can not reach the other side of the bolt
