I have had this problem before. If you still have the cats hooked up then one of them has plugged up. A plugged cat will do everything that you have described. IF you still have them on unhook the h pipe and run the car when it is cold to see if it changes. THiat is what I did after spending a couple hundred dollars on parts that did not fix the problem.
