I would not reuse a gasket unless it was already new, but even then, I'd replace it considering the relatively low cost of a new set. I have used the Stage 8 bolts and from my experience with them, they're great and never backed out. But I know guys that use the removable type of loc-tite also and that seems to work fine. How much did you pay for the headers?
