From what I've heard, you can lube the speedo cable - with what, I don't know. You may want to check with your local Ford dealer on what type of grease/lube to use.
Does your speedo bounce around? Mine does sometimes - I think after 11 years the grease starts to dry up maybe? A whole new speedo cable from Ford will set you back only $44. E ------------------ 1991 5.0 LX Coupe - 38,000 miles 13.17 @ 106.14 mph w/ 2.138 60' |
