Are Garret turbos worth the money?

i had a garett in my turbo coupe,was nice,what ever you do dont buy thoes cheep ass crap turbo on ebay.

Think of it this way...

Garrett turbos(Honeywell/Allied signal) has there turbos on production cars for a reason. They are well built and can handle themselves very well. Water cooled increases performance and longevity.
