ok here was my problem. At start up i had no noise. After the car warmed up the valvetrain noise came. I adjusted rockers more times in one week then i have fingers. I was getting very aggrivated since i had no more than 200 miles on my engine. So i finally decided to pull my lower intake. I went to pull out the lifters and thought " damn why wont these pull out". I know that the lifters should pull out. So i finally got 1 or 2 out on the 7 and 8 cylinder. I put it beside a stock lifter and it was about 1/8" taller than stock. Now trick flow calls for a 6.75 pushrod. I was running a 6.8 and a lifter that was 1/8" (.125) taller. So this was like me running a 6.925 pushrod. I now am getting a 6.65 pushrod and with the addtional hieght on the lifter i will be at 6.775. This is well withing tolerance that trickflow claims. Could this be your problem?
