FYI, Go to the junk yard and pick up the TFI harness and heatsink from a 91-95 econoline van 5.0-5.8. I paid $15 and it words great and the harness already has the resistor pack built-in. Now for the greater news if you get one from a 5.8 use the TFI that is on it and gain 40% faster spark duration. I have tested both 5.0 and 5.8 modules for the vans and the 5.8 has more duration built in it and this is the module to be honest that myself and other companies are re-labeling as hot TFI modules. My customer are aware of this after they spend $40. The 5.8 modules only show a improvement on stick cars because they can use the extra duration with out detonation.
