![]() yes adjusting the timing can help a lot
i've read articles where they bumped the timing and got as much as 10-15hp out of it sounds like your running pretty strong as it is, when mine was an AOD i was stuck in the 14s for what seemed to be eternity (the real problem was that i was racing at a crappy track) have you pulled your air silencer and put in a K&N filter yet? if not, then do it its very cheap (air silencer removal=free) are you shifting the AOD yourself (1-d-1 shift), if not then that will give you about 2 tenths by itself all of this combined (if you dont have them already) should eaily get you into the 13's good luck ------------------ 88 Notch, B&M Ripper, 3.73's, Ported E7's, Explorer int. w/ ported lower, pulleys, 1.7RR's, full exhaust,65mm TB, Nitto DR's, new best 1/4--> 13.42@106.18 (1.89 short time) |
