Hey Brett- I Believe I can help you with the exhaust question. I have a '95 3.8L and I had duals put on a few weeks ago. I took it to a local muffler shop and they did custom pipework from the catalytic converters (after cutting out my old system), then put on two Dynomax Super-Turbo mufflers, and finished up with stainless steel factory Cobra tips. It looks and sounds excellent. I have already fooled several people into thinking it's a 5.0, even after they hear it. Avoid putting Flowmasters on it, no matter what anyone else tells you. They are designed for V-8's and will make your car sound like an angry bumble-bee. The whole thing cost me $325 out the door. I got a good deal on the tips (over 50% off), but even so, you could still do it for about $400 or less. this is still cheaper than buying all the parts from a magazine and then having someone put them on for you.
