the same thing happened to my buddies 93GT converitble.
In addition to the blinker in the fuse panel, there is an additional relay. On his it was located behind the glovebox to the left. It was a $1.99 part, and took ten minutes to install. I wish I could remember what it was called though... Call and autoparts store, they may have it on their computer. I think the location may be different for 87-90....but it is in the Haynes manual. If you don't have one, get one....worth it. ------------------ 89 LX convertible, Blue/white/white. 5.0L 5 speed.
